Assistent ana Assistent Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Oporto (1995 until now1998). Lawyer (1995; 2012 until now). Partner of the lawyer society "Sérvulo Associados". Member (1997 2009) and First Secretary (2005 2009) of the Oporto Municipal Assembly. Member of the Assembly of the Republic (2002 2009). Vice-Chair (2002 2004) and Chair of the parliamentary party of the CDS-PP (2005 2009). Secretary of State for Education (2004 2005). Various publications chiefly in the area of taxation and law.
