César Pestana
Degree in Business Administration and Masters Degree in Industrial Management and Strategy by ISEG. Has several training courses, at INSEAD, Harvard Law School and MIT - Sloan Management School. He was a university professor of IESFF, a Manager in the counsulting practice at Deloitte Consulting and PWC in Portugal. Currently is President of the Shared Services and Public Procurement Agency for the Portuguese Public Administration, previously was a Board Member at Portugal Telecom Compras - Procurement and Negotiation Services for Portugal Telecom.
