I’m a professional with extensive experience in the areas of Training and Development, for 20 years. I have developed competencies in behavioural training oriented for results, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and NLP, as well as in the technical areas of Marketing & Sales Excellence, Creative Sales and Coaching Techniques. Integrated in the international structure of Bayer AG, I was responsible for the coordination and management of training activities in all areas of intervention. Founder and Managing Partner of Upturn, I work as a training consultant, coach and trainer, working in partnership with reputed training companies in the areas of sales, training management, human resources, negotiation, NLP, marketing and sales techniques in Portugal, Angola and Mozambique.
Certified in Master Practitioner in NLP by ITA, Coach Certified by ICF, Consultant licensed in Identity Compass and Pedagogical Certification of Trainers.
Member of the IAF Chapter in Portugal.
