José Rodrigues
José Coelho Rodrigues holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management, specialised in Technology Management on the management of alignment of technologies and interorganizational networks during implementation projects, and a Master in Electrical and Computers Engineering, specialised in Optimisation, both from the University of Porto (UPorto). He is currently a Post-Doc researcher at INESC TEC and an invited assistant professor at UPorto. His research interests concern with technology management and policy, namely the alignment of technology and organizations in the implementation of technologies. José teaches entrepreneurship courses and general introductory courses of management to engineering students, as well as technology management courses to management students at UPorto, and has been supervising several master dissertations and some PhD thesis about technology management topics, related with implementation of technologies and startup business model adaptations, also at UPorto. He has also been responsible for workshops about technology management and other management topics in an european project, industrial conferences and other industry-oriented events. Before joining the PhD course, José has been a functional analyst for a Portuguese clinical software company where he did business process and requirements analysis during the implementation of the software.
