Graduated in OGE by the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão, Postgraduate in Strategic Management by the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and certified in Exponential Organizations by Exo Works-Singularity University. Director of PNCB - Plataforma de Negociação de Crédito Bancário. Before has been Associate Partner at Deloitte. With more than 27 years of experience in professional services, he was responsible for Information Systems projects, having led the Oracle Systems Implementation Unit. He also coordinated projects of strategy, reengineering and corporate reorganization, as well as of Cost Management. He was the Chairman of the Information Technology Committee of Deloitte in Portugal. He teaches at PBS the SI -CRM chair in Sales Management and the chair of Management Tools in the Foresight, Strategy and Innovation graduation at ISEG,. Formerly a federated basketball player, he is a member of the Fiscal Council of the Portuguese Basketball Federation. He is married and has three children.
