Catarina Quintela
Graduated in Psychology from The University Fernando Pessoa and specialised in Social and Work Psychology, Catarina has a Master’s Degree in Education, Training and Human Resources from Minho University.
She has certifications in coaching from the Behavioural Coaching Institute and from the International Coaching Community. In 2022, she concluded the Advanced Management Programme in partnership with IMD.
Catarina Quintela began her career in 2005 at the Business Association of Portugal where she was always involved in training and consulting programmes for companies. She worked with several business associations in the development and implementation of training and consulting programmes, focusing on the design and impact evaluation of training and skill development. Throughout her career, she has also worked with consulting companies such as Dynargie and LHH|DBM in Training Evaluation, Outplacement, and Talent Development programmes.
Currently Catarina the Director of Corporate Solutions at Porto Business School, where she leads a team which develops solutions to face the current and future challenges of companies and organisations. She is also Co-Director and Lecturer of Programmes at Porto Business School, including the PROGRIDA Programme and Leader Coach.
