I am passionate for ideas that have the power to revolutionize the status quo and change a collective destiny thought as immutable for the better, and also for anything that the future may seem to be bringing with it.
These passions were determinant in almost every choice I made in terms of personal enrichment and professional development and ignited my most important value creation contributions to organizations.
My professional career comprehends management, engineering and teaching experiences in progressively more challenging and senior roles, including executive level positions with direct report to CXOs.
This career was mainly built in companies, but also includes duties in a business school, an engineering university, a non-for-profit organization and a couple of entrepreneurial ventures.
A significant part of my experience exposed me to and prepared me for environments w/ accelerated pace of change, fierce competition, complex ecosystems and frequent redesigns of the value chain.
During this experience, I was able to start and bring up new companies, new business units and new product categories and to lead pioneering initiatives in disciplines like PC Multimedia (1993-), eCommerce (1999-), Mobile M2M (2003-), Mobile Internet (2008-), Mobile Multimedia (2008-), Telco 2.0 (2010-), LTE/4G Broadband (2012-), Internet of Things (2013-) and ICT/Cloud(2013-).
