The degree at FEP was followed by 9 years of Telecommunications in a spirit of start-up, innovation and personal growth. From Marketing to Sales, with multidisciplinary projects with System and Customer Service, change management, team development and functional or hierarchical leadership were being developed. In the last few years, it was time to discover tools to expand skills in people development. With P4S (People for Success), Maria was widening the range of entities and businesses in which to intervene, reinforcing capacity and skills. Opportunities in areas ranging from Sales to Systems, MBA courses or high-potential staff are succeeding and the results reinforce the conviction that self-knowledge and personal development are key to life and organisations.
