Eduardo Espinheira
Eduardo Espinheira is a Manager at HumanMngt since January 2018. He leads a team of consultants focused on Project Management and Product Testing. Previously he worked as a Senior Consultant and Regional Manager at another consultancy company, where he coordinated and developed a team of Consultants in national and international projects.
From an academic perspective, he holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Computing (2003) by FEUP. Later in the scope of the Master in Computer Engineering and Computing (2008), he returned to the same institution to specialize in Software Development Practices based on CMMI DEV. He continued his studies through an Executive Master in Marketing (2009) and the International MBA (2010) at the Catholic Business School - Porto. He holds the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP®), Scrum Master, and Management 3.0 Facilitator.
Professionally, he has 21 years of management experience, counting on his curriculum with more than 11 years of team coordination. In 2004 he began his career as a Project Manager. Since then, he has taken on Business Management, IT Recruitment, Support Architecture, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, and Consultancy in Construction, Telecommunications, Services, Semiconductors, Healthcare, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Wines, Furniture, Energy, Textiles, and Retail.
He has specialized throughout his career in implementing management best-practices based on Management3.0, ISO9001, Kaizen, PMBoK, Scrum, and CMMI for Development. He is the creator of the Management Bugs and Management Fixes concepts and the HumanMngt Newsletter author. He is an Invited lecturer at Porto Business School since 2016.
