Helena is an experienced manager, with strong strategy execution and business operations skills, hands-on experience in all functional areas of an organization and significant experience in organizational alignment and change management, working with multicultural teams in a multitude of cultural contexts (growth strategies, M&A integration and business transformation).
As COO at Cleva Inetum Helena is responsible for all Product and Services areas of the company in Portugal, serving clients in Iberia and Africa. This role follows her previous responsibility as Strategy Director in charge of strategy deployment, leading the areas of Marketing, Organizational Development and Human Resources.
As CEO of CardMobili, she setup and developed the company operating in Portugal and Spain with responsibility for overall management, investor relations and fundraising, sales and business development, talent acquisition and retention, partner and analyst relations.
Prior to CardMobili, Helena built a 15 year career in the IT and Retail businesses, participating and managing projects for large retail organizations across Europe and the US, in organizations such as Sonae Retail, Enabler and Wipro Technologies.
